Overview

Fourteen years of academic experience as Faculty, Head and Dean, Management  including ten years of training and grooming professional students, assistant and associate professors in the area of soft skills; and four years of administrative experience as Deputy Registrar and Head Training and Placements. Versatile experience of teaching various management courses; training for placements and academic administration. Certified by Infosys as a soft skills trainer. Planned, organized & implemented soft skills program after being trained at Infosys Chandigarh. Guided summer training, seminars and project study of MBA students.Planned, organized and guided faculty members to conduct various events (Entrepreneur Awareness Camp, Engineers Day, National Day, Interdepartmental competitions etc.) Organized and attended numerous national & international conferences, FDPs, communication and personality development workshops, management festivals. Guided consultancy projects from corporate like IOCL, Havells  and Sify.Felicitated with “Best Teacher in Bikaner” award by Rotary Club Rotract Club and Big 92.7FM on Teachers Day,2009. Awarded” Best Supporting Member” for offering selfless services to Rotary Club, Bikaner. Member of Indian Society for Training & Development.
