The Centre has conceptualized the basic procedures to initiate or propose a research work. This enables the research students or faculties to independently start working on proposed research subjects after adhering to the specified guidelines and due permission from the centre.

The proposals for the need of critical analysis, evaluation and discussion on any of the research are generally put forth for consent, before the Centre for Innovation and Change. The University aims to reach global heights through all means of education including Research and Innovation. It is the primary responsibility of the Centre to assess and process the proposed research project and guide the researcher for further action.

The Centre for Innovation and Change critically examines the significance of research and innovation at both graduate and post-graduate level. In order to encourage students, the centre invites scholars from different spectrums to speak on the research topic and designs and frames research scholarships and rewards to draw researchers’ individual attention.

The Centre also takes steps to propose to the management of the University to include research in the course curriculum at all the levels irrespective of their specialization. This step helps to facilitate better understanding for learning and career development of the students.

The Centre for Innovation and Change comprises of members who are experts and scholars in the field of research. With the help of eminent and scholarly members, the center manages to identify and explore those research areas which are in demand or preferred by the industry. The centre has qualified team members to draft topics for research in diversified areas of specialization. Hence, the topics are proposed to the researchers for selection after elaborate consideration.

The Centre plans to undertake innovative initiatives to broaden the scope of research for students, faculties, researchers and associates. The center encourages and organizes research oriented workshops, seminars, trainings, and other similar activities for their comprehensive development. It helps the students to improvise ideas on their research subjects and learn new ways to work on their research projects.

For this purpose the centre plans to develop, introduce and manage a dedicated portal. This portal will be easily accessible to the researchers and faculty members of the University. With the help of this portal, the faculties and researchers will be able to gain quick access to e-resources for information, approvals and submission of papers in publishing journals.

Indian Industries are ever looking for new discoveries and innovations in product or technological segment. The Centre for Innovation and Change will regularly work towards understanding and monitoring the industrial requisites in order to draft research topics or to develop research orientation in the mind of students.

Government bodies look forward to carry out research in variety of areas. Bikaner, being not very well developed area, needs the setup to develop and conduct such research facilities. Our Centre for Innovation and Change is trying its best to bridge this gap. The faculty members along with the research scholars are undertaking research projects and doing extensive work in this area.
