Analyzing the industrial scenario, growing competitiveness and need to bridge the gap between student's capabilities and industrial requirements, it truly becomes essential for universities and educational institutes to focus on the area of Student Placements. Industrial Placements lay huge emphasis on the professional growth and stability of students. It aids in deciding the career path of a student towards a successful professional life. However, with immense competition, industrial demands and ever evolving scenarios; industries are finding it difficult to select and recruit right pool of talented, skilled and qualified students for their diversified and ever changing requirements. A huge gap of industrial acceptance has been identified wherein; the companies have discovered lack of essential skills and knowledge needed for a right candidate.

Thus, to simplify upon these complexities, we at RNB Global University aim to focus towards providing the industry with highly educated, nurtured, skilled and competent students by enriching them with right set of guidance and learnings required for placements as well as for meeting future corporate scenarios.
