Overview

Shailendra S Barath brings more than ten years’ experience of working in MNC’s, teaching management subjects and administration of educational institutes. He is Science graduate and has done post-graduation in management from Institute of Management Studies (Bikaner) with Specialization in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management. He started his career by working with Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals. Later, he worked with MJRP Group of Institutions at Jaipur as a faculty member in Department of Management Studies. His teaching subjects were Marketing Management & HRM. He has guided post graduate students in their research work and trained them in preparing themselves for placements.
 
He also has rich experience of managing and administering educational institutes. His contribution in developing & nurturing newly established educational institutes has been appreciated.
 
During his tenure at Cipla Ltd he managed a team of professionals in Rajasthan which worked in spreading awareness about health and disease management. His major contribution was in training & grooming the team to fulfill organizational as well as clients’ requirement.
 
He has keen interest in developing & grooming teams.
