Overview

Dr. Sarita Jangra is Assistant Professor at RNB Global University in Bikaner. She completed her B.Sc in medical science from Pandit Neki Ram Sharma Government College, Rohtak in 2016. She did her M.Sc. in Plant Pathology from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar in 2019. She completed her Ph.D. from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar and her area of research in Ph.D. was “Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi; As a bio-control of disease in vegetables”. PhD research focuses on investigating in the field of bio-control of fungal diseases by mycorrhiza, which represents a critical aspect of sustainable agriculture and environmental management. Research on bio-control of fungal diseases by mycorrhiza represents an exciting and promising avenue for sustainable agriculture. She published one book (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi: As a bio-control of diseases in vegetables), 6 research papers in NAAS-rated journals, 5 book chapters, and around 15 articles in different agricultural magazines and newspapers. She has presented about six papers at national and international conferences on plant pathology and associated agricultural topics.
