Overview
With the academic qualification of M.Com (Business Management) and UGC-NET (Commerce) and professional qualification of being a Company Secretary, Mr. Maulik do possess relevant experience and expertise in the field of financial management, law and corporate governance. He is also pursuing Ph.D. in the domain of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). A faculty with more than five years of teaching financial management, law and economics with various colleges, universities, other academic and professional institutions. He is a visiting faculty of Bikaner Branch of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a ‘Certified CSR Professional’ as awarded by ICSI.
