Overview

During 34 years of service in College Education, Government of Rajasthan, I have had the opportunity to contribute as a teacher, researcher and administrator in different capacities. Along with teaching various PG and UG courses I have been associated with a number of research projects, acted as Research Supervisor and performed various academic and administrative tasks from different positions. Through these responsibilities I have tried my best to contribute to the development of educational environment and I feel that I have also gained a lot of experience that has ever helped me in future challenges. Some of the achievements are as follows:

  • As a research supervisor I have mainly contributed in the domain of rural education and Panchayati Raj System. It has proved instrumental in promoting academic excellence in the much-needed remote areas of Rajasthan.
  • Actively engaged in youth development through NCC for over 25 years, motivating the young generation to join the Indian Army and serve the nation.
  • As an incharge conducted the process of online admission in Govt. Dungar College for 4 consecutive years through which I had the opportunity to get conversant with modern technological developments and the role of media.
  • The founder principal of Govt. Girls College, Pokran and Govt. College Bajju. These colleges were newly started and offered a lot many challenges from the very inception stage.
  • Acted as   overall In charge and organized for three consecutive years the all the examinations of the MGS University, Bikaner. In these examinations more than one lac students were enrolled per year. It was a challenge to conduct examinations during the inception phase of the university with limited resources but it has been a highly satisfactory experience to lead a large-scale team and conduct examinations with sanctity and fair process.
