Overview
I am an Assistant Professor of Law at RNB Global University, Bikaner, Rajasthan, and a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the same university. My academic interests include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Juvenile Justice, Human Rights, and Access to Justice.
As an Assistant Professor, I am committed to delivering quality legal education through interactive teaching, critical discussions, case-law analysis, and practical learning. My teaching approach focuses on developing students' legal knowledge, analytical abilities, research skills, and understanding of the practical application of law.
As a Ph.D. Scholar, my research focuses on "Access to Justice and Rehabilitation of Children in Conflict with Law: A Constitutional, Legislative, and Judicial Evaluation of the Juvenile Justice System in India." My research aims to examine the constitutional foundations, legislative framework, and judicial approach to juvenile justice, with particular emphasis on child rights, rehabilitation, and access to justice.
I aspire to contribute to legal education and research through continuous learning, academic excellence, and a commitment to nurturing socially responsible and legally competent professionals.
