Overview

Dr. Anil Kaushik, Dean School of law and Arts is an eminent professor of law. He holds degrees of LL.B. & LL.M. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and attained National Scholarship during LL.M. Studies. He has obtained his Ph.D. from Rajasthan University in 1992 on the topic: “Rights of minorities to establish and administer educational institution in India – An Evaluative study in constitutional perspective & Judicial Trends.
He has a wide experience of teaching of more than 39 years in various Colleges and Universities. He has also served as a Judicial officer for 3 years.
He has published around 18 Research papers in prestigious international and national journals covering diverse areas of significance in law and pertinent social issues. He has also attended various Conferences and seminars. He has been an illustrious writer of various books including Rajasthan Land Laws from Central Laws Publications Allahabad and many other books for various competitive exams.
He has supervised more than 100 students for LL.M. and awarded Ph.D degrees to 19 students under his supervision. He is a member of various prestigious professional bodies. He has acted as member of Board of Studies “Law” in MDS University, Ajmer and also a member of research board at MDS University, External member of law & forensic science University, Jodhpur.
Currently, he is an acting member of Shekhawati University, Sikar and University of Kota.
He has been invited by various Law schools across the country to share his vast experience in legal education. The philanthropic aspect of his personality is well reflected by his in-depth involvement in conducting various legal aid activities for the deprived sections of society and he also took initiative for the development of universities such as: raised the account for college development committee for Govt, law PG college, Bikaner from 6 lacs to 32 lacs and also made efforts for starting the new sections of LL.B., LL.M under Self finance scheme. He has also taken initiative to start 5-year B.A.LL.B. course and LL.M. in MGS University, Bikaner. He is also actively involved with the various selection committees. He is a committed humanitarian, a teacher par excellence and a versatile administrator.
