Brief Introduction of Speaker- Dr. Kuldeep Sihag, is an accomplished academician with extensive teaching experience in the field of law. He holds LL.M. and Ph.D. qualifications and has been teaching for over 20 years at the undergraduate level and 10 years at the postgraduate level. Dr. Sihag has actively participated and presented research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences, focusing on topics such as human rights, environmental law, women empowerment, and constitutional aspects. He has also chaired expert sessions in several national seminars. Additionally, he has supervised research work and LL.M. dissertations, while his publications encompass a range of legal subjects, including civil services, uniform civil code, and constitutional matters. Dr. Sihag has also been involved in training and workshop programs related to law and social issues.
