Annual Fest

16th -18th January-2024

Dear Students,

All the students are hereby informed that: -

i) Students interested in setting up Trade Zone (Exhibition stall/Ring throw/Ballon/Dart) are required to register by depositing an amount of Rs 2000/ latest by 9 January 2024 in the library. Payment through paytm or cash.

ii) Exhibition stall/Ring throw /Ballon/Dart will be provided on first come first serve basis.

iii) For non RNBGU participants registration amount is Rs 3000/. Payment through Paytm and the paytm scanning code is on Inspire website.

iv) For registration after the last date the amount is Rs 5000/ for RNBGU students and Rs 7000/for non RNBGU participants i.e., if registered after the 9 January 2024.

v) Particulars of stall such as food items, game items etc., to be informed to the Trade Tone Faculty Coordinators before registration and depositing the registration amounts

vi) Amount of registration is nonrefundable.

Note: All students are advised to go through the rules and regulations circulated in this regard before proceeding for registration
