Enhancing Legal Skills at RNB Global University! ????

Memorial Drafting Workshop Sparks Enthusiasm Among Law Students

Bikaner, February 28, 2025 – The School of Law at RNB Global University successfully conducted a one-day Memorial Drafting Workshop, equipping students with essential legal research and drafting skills. Held in Academic Block, Room 215, the workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from aspiring legal professionals.

  • Expert Insights from Advocate Mohit Jhajharia

The session was led by Advocate Mohit Jhajharia, an esteemed alumnus of NLU Ranchi & Army Institute of Law, Mohali, and currently practicing at the Rajasthan High Court. He shared his expertise on effective memorial drafting, a crucial skill for moot court competitions.

  • Interactive Learning & Practical Training

The workshop featured engaging sessions on:

  • Introduction to Memorial Drafting
  • Legal Research & Case Law Analysis
  • Structuring Arguments & Formatting Techniques
  • Hands-on Drafting Exercises

The expert panel also included Ms. Tanaya Wageshwari, Ms. Tripti Paliwal, and Mr. Dheeraj Sharma, who enriched the discussions with their insights. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session moderated by Mr. Dheeraj Sharma.

  • Preparing for National Moot Court Competitions

To provide practical exposure, the workshop used the moot problem of the B.L. Purohit Memorial National Moot Court Competition, scheduled from March 21-23, 2025, at JNV University, Jodhpur.

  • A Step Towards Excellence in Legal Education

The workshop was meticulously coordinated by Dr. Ashok Prem, Associate Professor, who lauded the active participation of students and thanked the guest speakers for their invaluable contributions.
