Educational Visit to Gram Nayayalaya Kolayat and Nearby Places

The students of RNB Global University's Faculty of Law and Arts recently embarked on an enlightening educational visit to the Gram Nayayalaya and JM Court in Kolayat. During the visit, Judge Mr. Nikhil Goyal provided an insightful overview of the Gram Nayalaya Act 2008, highlighting its significance in rural justice systems. The students also gained practical knowledge about court procedures and the functioning of the Judicial Magistrate Court.

Smt. Jyotsna Vyas, APP, explained the working of the prosecution office, while senior advocates Mr. Narendra Beniwal, Mr. Hansraj Delu, and Adv. Arun Rathore shared their expertise on civil and criminal procedures. Smt. Parul Pareek, Judicial Magistrate, discussed legal aid services and corporate law, emphasizing the importance of access to justice. Mr. Anand's session on legal aid camps further underscored the role of legal professionals in providing assistance to underserved communities.

The visit was expertly coordinated by Ms. Tripti Paliwal and Dr. Dhiraj Sharma, faculty members of the Faculty of Law and Arts, who ensured a seamless and enriching experience for the students.

The visit concluded with a trip to the majestic Gajner Palace, known as the "Kohinoor of the Desert," a stunning blend of natural beauty and architectural grandeur. This educational visit provided students with a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, while also exploring the rich cultural heritage of the region.
