Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Divas, is celebrated every year on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1949. The day honors the vision of the members The Constitution of India is the supreme law that governs the world’s largest democratic country. Adopted on 26 November 1949 and enforced from 26 January 1950, the Constitution stands as a symbol of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. In recognition of this historic event, the Government of India declared 26 November as Constitution Day or Samvidhan Divas in 2015. The day is devoted to promoting constitutional values among citizens, especially the youth who represent the future of the nation.

In this spirit, RNB Global University, Bikaner celebrated Constitution Day on 26 November 2025 with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The event was organized university-wide under the leadership of the Faculty of Law & Arts, with active support from the administration, Faculty members of all departments, and student volunteers. The hallmark of the celebration was the Preamble Oath Ceremony conducted by law students and Faculty members to reaffirm their commitment to the guiding principles of the Indian Constitution.

Students actively participated in reading the Preamble and expressed gratitude towards the makers of the Constitution. Brief insights were shared on the constitutional rights and duties, emphasizing their relevance in today’s democratic society. Students registered their enthusiastic participation. The celebration not only involved law students but also motivated students from technical and management backgrounds to understand the essence of constitutional governance.
