Centre for Leadership and Development, RNB Global University organized a Guest Lecture on the Topic “Beyond Campus-Group Discussion and Interview Skills”. The Expert Speaker Mr. Tabrez Khan, Head HR, MB Informatics Private Ltd. and having more than 16 years of experience with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation enlightened the students on the topic.
Mr. Khan explained the students how GD is a simulated exercise where one can’t suddenly put up a show, since the evaluator will see through it easily. His lecture contained full of Interview Tips and Placement tips and answered all the queries tactfully. He clarified students about goal clarity and having confidence in them to choose an appropriate career path. He focused on the aspects of communication skills and its importance in carrying yourself as a groomed personality.
He advised the students with the insights of an interview process and told the students as to what exactly the corporate sector and its HR team wants in you. He also focused on developing a good value system by highlighting the values such as honesty, integrity, discipline and self confidence. Therefore, practice is the key to make a right impression during an interview. He also gave tips on Do's & Don'ts while in a GD or PI.
The session was an interactive one wherein students cleared their doubts and misconceptions about behaviour pattern during an interview. Such an interactive session on behavioral pattern during the placement process really helps the candidates to groom in professional life.
