Mr Sushil Bafana, HR Manager, Premier InfoAssists, visited the RNB Global University to interact with the MBA students.

During his interaction, Mr. bafana expressed his appreciation for the RNBGU students who are working with them as they possessed the right mix of values and professionalism. Notably the company had hired MBA students from the pioneer batch and also this year.

In his address to the students he spoke about the importance of positive attitude in the life of an individual both professional and personal. He also emphasized the importance of gaining knowledge and participating in co-curricular activities. Giving examples from his personal life he explained how one can achieve heights with sheer will and determination. He also shared a presentation about the history of the company, key management personnel, business portfolio, overseas businesses; values upheld by company, its culture and desired profile of a fresh recruit.

After this he interacted with each student of MBA to know about their educational background, area of interest and career plans which the students found very informative and useful. He even advised them individually on their concerns about their future. The students could not but express their deep sense of gratitude to him for sharing his valuable time in their development.
