HR Activity – Group Discussion

HR Group Discussion – A Power-Packed Session! 
Students of FOCM, BBA LLB, and BTech at RNB Global University actively participated in an insightful HR Group Discussion on 24th January 2025. The session explored recruitment strategies, hybrid work, and remote work, enhancing their communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Kudos to all participants for their enthusiasm and valuable insights!

FOCM Pleased to inform all the students about the upcoming HR Activity- Group Discussion competition will be held on Friday, 24th Jan 2025 in Room No.103, First Floor, Academic Block.

About the Competition

The Group Discussion will be based on HR oriented concepts. It offers the opportunity to the students to show their communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Participants will be allotted the simulating real-world workplace situations from the following topics-

  1. "Traditional vs. Modern recruitment: what’s the best approach for attracting top talent?"
  2. "What matters more about employee engagement: company culture or compensation?"
  3. "Hybrid work: boosting productivity and growth or hindering team dynamics?"
  4. "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: a challenge to overcome or an opportunity for growth?"
  5. "Remote work: enhancing employee satisfaction or reducing workplace effectiveness?"

The topics will be allocated by the Faculty on the spot; participants will have 10 minutes to search, think and discuss all the information regarding assigned case/situation.
