Introduction

A MDP was organized for the executives and field agents of LIC by the SOCM of RNB Global University for developing their knowledge & skill set in the domain of Sales, Customer Relationship Management & ULIPs.

RNB Global University MDPs are designed for professionals at various organizational levels and configured to address specific  corporate training objectives. 
On 22nd October 2021, RNB Global University organized a MDP for sales professionals of Life Insurance Corporation. 
The MDP was specifically designed to suit the requirements of sales professionals of Insurance Industry.
 

Three different sessions were  conducted in the MDP-

  1.  Selling Skills for Insurance/The Art & Science of Selling by Mr Seikh Masud , an International Sales & Soft Skill Trainer. This session helped the participants to improve their skills in the domain of Sales.
  2.  Domain Knowledge of Finance for ULIP Products by Dr. Pallav Goswami ( Assistant Professor-SOCM). This session developed the knowledge of participants on ULIP products and how professionals can utilize these products to serve their clients better.
  3. CRM Perspective in Insurance Industry by Dr. Shashi Singhal ( Dean-SOCM) The participants were provided with tools and models which will help them improve their skills in building strong  customer relationship.

 

The queries & doubts of participants were taken by the faculties and were answered upto their satisfaction.
