District Court Visit by Students of Law

Students of School of Law, RNB Global University visited the District Court of Bikaner. The purpose of the visit was to understand the working of a court, the nature of duties of the judicial officers. The visit was to help us understand the role of court in dispensing justice in any case, the role of prosecutors in a case, the way cases proceed in a court, the way judges, prosecutors and defence lawyers handle the case, the relationship of the prosecutors and the police which gave an opportunity to the students to understand the actual need of co-ordination in the four pillars of the criminal justice system.
 
Students expressed their gratitude to the School of Law for arranging such wonderful aspect of clinical legal education linked with the judiciousness of the red judicial building. Being an infant among the law fraternity of the country, the School of Law is optimistic to repeat such type of learning programme for its learners by learning from the mistakes and screening the positives out of negatives with an eye t giving birth to a ‘learned community’ having a point of their learning in RNB Global University, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
