About the Event:

The event was organized by the Senior Batch for the welcoming of their Juniors under the guidance of Sandeep Saxena, which Provide a platform to explore the inner talent & make a healthy relation among old students & new students.

The Event was timely started at 1:00 with welcoming of the freshers by their seniors at foyer. Anchoring was conducted with better coordination of the students named as Mr. Puneet Vyas, Ms. Rani Puja, Mr. Amit Saini, Ms. Sheetal Bothra, Ms. Akansha Mohata, Mr. Bharat Sharma.

In the whole event the duties & responsibilities were assigned to other Faculty members i.e in Discipline committee Dr. Ravi Soni, Mr. Sunny Masand were involved, for food Dr. Avinash was assigned, Ms. Zaiba, Dr. Pawan Pareek & Dr. B. K. Yadav were the core committee of the judgment team whose presence make the judgment more authentic.

Ms. Swati Agarwal, Dr. Pallav Goswami also helped in maintaining the discipline during the event.   Apart from the assigned duties all the staff (Mr. Sumit Agarwal, Mr. Jayanto) coordinated & cooperated at every step of the event.

·         The Event was started on time in which the Dean SOCM & faculty members from SOCM (School of Commerce & Management) of University and the Pro V .C. Dr. Rajesh Sharma were present at the initial level of the event so that the event can goes on smoothly .

·         Inaugural Session, Welcome Address, and introductory speech by Mr. Puneet Vyas &

Ms. Rani Puja (MBA-III Sem) student related to university as well as about the topic was quite effective.

·         All the Students who have participated presented in well manner.

·         Well coordination was reflected among the anchoring team.

·         The event was ended with the lunch arranged by the senior batch students.
