Students of B.Com II Sem, BA-LLB, BBA-LLB and LLB II sem attended the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise) workshop on 20th January 2017organised Zila Udyog Kendra, Bikaner.
Its agenda was awareness about government schemes, funding and entrepreneurial opportunities, Growth through Zero effect and Zero Defect – “ZED”, How to double business profits and Demonetisation (Digital payment) & GST: and its benefits. Highlights were Udyog Aadhar Registration, Consultancy Wing Funding Corridor, B2B/B2C/B2G Meetings, ZED Scheme, Ease of Doing Business in Bikaner, Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices by Expert, Industry Leader Presentation on Central Ministries Promotional Schemes, Programs Startups Policies & Incentives (Central & State Govt.) NSIC, MSME DC & DI, KVIC, DIC, RIICO, RFC Schemes, Digital Payment - Modes & Benefits Employment Generation & Skill Development through SSC.
It was attended by representatives from various sectors such as Government Ministries and Representatives, Banks/Financial Institutions & Investors, Government Departments, Officials & Policy Makers, MSMEs, Startups / Innovators, Industrialists, Exporters, Importers, Service Support Providers, Business Consultants, Experts & Professionals, Business Students, Prospective Entrepreneurs, Media Representative (TV, Print & Online), Farmers, Street Vendors, Artisans, Small Retailers & Manufacturers, Local Bodies, Universities, Educational & Vocational Institutions, Colleges, Schools. Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Trade Association also participated in the workshop.
Member National Board, Ministry of MSME, National Convener of BJP Micro and Small Industry Cell – 2014, Rajneesh Goenca accompanied by Chetan Pania CEO, MSME forum addressed the students and everybody regarding various benefits and addressed their issues.
Students were acquainted with various aspect of Small Business, people from various fields debated with the government regarding their problems which helped students to understand the objective of such workshops by the government in addressing various issues faced by the MSME’s. They also spoke about their mission of employment generation through entrepreneurship and skill development, transforming job seekers to job creators, creating agripreneur for rural transportation and empowering youth.
