Panel Discussion on Innovation & Startup Ecosystem

Faculty of Commerce and Management in collaboration with Department of Computer Science,RNB Global University organized a Panel Discussion on Innovation & Startup Ecosystem. The penalists highlighted that innovation is the heart of any successful startup, emphasizing the need for entrepreneurs to continuously evolve their products and services.
They shared examples of startups that pivoted effectively in response to changing consumer demands. They discussed the common hurdles startups face, including securing funding, market competition, and scaling operations. They stressed the importance of resilience, adaptability, and leveraging networks for support and resources. Thereafter, they spoke about the growing importance of incubators, accelerators, and mentorship programs in fostering innovation. At last, they noted that strong support systems significantly increase the chances of startup survival and success, particularly in the early stages
