RNB Global University’s School of Commerce and Management organized the 4th National Marketing Seminar on “Paradigm shift in the consumer perception and opportunities in Digital Marketing”on 17th February, 2020. It was inaurgated by Mr. Prashant Khare (CEO and Founder, Careerthon Services), Noida, Mr. Arun Sharma, Manager, LIC of India, Bikaner, Dr. Yuvraj Bhattnagar (Dean Academics, RNBGU). The session commenced with saraswati vandana and thereon with the talk of Mr Arun Sharma. He talked about the importance of Machine learning, Data Science, Business Analytics as well as the application of Machine learning in consumer behavior. Mr. Sumit Gulati (COO, Pharmaaz India, US Based Pharma Company) from Noida joined through webinar in which he explained about marketing of new Clinical product in Pharmaceutical Company there on the session continued with Mr. Prashant Khare (CEO and Founder, Careerthon Services) interacted with student on their Career Aspirations and how business ideas nurture Entrepreneurship in one self. He also emphasized on the role of branding and leadership in the flourishing era of developing new businesses through digitalization. The dignitaries participated in the question –answer panel session and addressed the students. Mr. Mahendra Sharma, Branch Head, Bajaj Allianz Life, Bikaner also explained students to choose some courses on data analysis and interpretation and developing franchise Model. Dr Yuvaraj Bhattnagar, Dr Ramnarayan, Dr Pallav Goswami, Dr Meenakshi Sharma felicitated the Guest. In the post Lunch session Mr. Prashant Khare interacted one to one with students and suggest them how to choose their career path, new courses as well as convert the business ideas into reality.
