Dramatized Moot Court – Civil Case – Bhanu Prakash Vs Amaravati
A moot court event provides law students with a platform to practice and refine their legal skills in a simulated courtroom setting. Participants act as advocates, presenting arguments for both sides of a fictional case before a panel of judges. The objective is to enhance their legal research, analytical thinking, and oral advocacy skills. Through this process, students improve their ability to construct persuasive arguments, think critically, and respond effectively under pressure. Moot court also fosters teamwork and professionalism, preparing students for real-world legal practice.
For students, participating in a moot court enhances their legal research, analytical reasoning, and oral advocacy skills. It helps them build confidence in public speaking, develop teamwork, and gain practical insights into courtroom procedures. For faculty members, moot court provides an opportunity to mentor students, assess their understanding of legal principles, and contribute to their professional growth.
Faculty can also refine their teaching strategies by observing how students apply legal theory in practice. Both students and faculty benefit from engaging in real-world legal challenges through this interactive learning experience.
