Webinar on Global Business Environment

Prof. Kapil Dev Sharma, Principal JDB College Kota, Visiting Faculty, University of Kota and RTU delivered a webinar on Global Business Environment in which he defined the environment in different sovereign countries, with factors exogenous to the home environment of the organization, influencing decision making on resource use and capabilities.

During the discussion Prof. Sharma emphasized on the the changing needs of customers and new innovations in the market are a part of the business environment. The challenge for businesses in this technological era is not to enter the market but to survive in the market rather to survive in the market and to implement these to the changes as a fast as possible. Prof. Sharma added that a well thought and planned appraisal of environment will result in a satisfied and rewarding business opportunities in global markets.

Students were very enthusiastic during the entire interaction. They understood the conceptual model and positive and negative aspects of Global business environment at a broader perspective.
