8th Annual HR Conclave

The 8th Annual HR Conclave, titled “Future-focused HR: Bridging Technology and Human Connection towards Talent Acquisition, High Performance, and Retention,” was successfully held on 12th February 2025 from 10:00 AM to 01:15 PM in an online mode. The event aimed at shedding light on the evolving landscape of Human Resources (HR) practices, emphasizing the integration of advanced technologies with human-centered approaches to talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention. Dr. Kapil Dev Sharma provided valuable insights into the digital tools and techniques that can be used to enhance performance management. Mr. Prashant Singh explained the technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and data analytics to optimize talent acquisition processes. Mr. Kingsley discussed innovative strategies for improving employee engagement, drawing attention to digital platforms that foster communication, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within organizations. This conclave was a valuable learning experience for all participants, offering actionable knowledge and practical insights that can be applied in both academic and professional settings.
