Basant Panchami Celebrations at RNBGU

Basant Panchami highlights the coming of spring and brings with it tides of a new season of flowers, spring, joys and festivities. This is the time of the year for which farmers wait anxiously. All these festivals are deeply related with our cultural heritage in India. Rajasthan being the capital of a deep connect with culture and mythology celebrates all festivals with deep reverence, zeal and enthusiasm.

At the RNB Global University, Bikaner, Rajasthan keeping in pace with this inheritance Basant Panchami was celebrated on the 12th of March 2016, once again staging a fusion of colours, aesthetics, artistic flavours of a lot of minds put together.

The first was the auspicious Saraswati Pooja during which prayers were offered to the Goddess of learning ,wisdom and knowledge in the Academic Block. Which was followed by bhajans sung by our talented students. All gathered as always reflecting the JOSH of RNB. The Honourable President presided over the proceedings and made offerings to Goddess Saraswati.
