District Court Visit by Law Students of RNB Global University

The students of Law of RNB Global University visited District Court on 11th Feb 2017. As a university, we aim to provide an education system where students can get learning from theories as well as practical knowledge from real case studies, Moot Court sessions, visit to court and law firms. 15 students along with the faculty of School of Law visited to District Court with the due permission of Registrar of the court. The personal secretary of District Session Judge, M.K. Ranga gave a brief note about the court and courtrooms to the students. He guided all the students and dictated the Jurisdiction of the District Court. 11th Feb 2017 was celebrated as “National Lok Adalat” Day in Bikaner which was sponsored by State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. The Lok Adalat was prosecuted in Alternative Dispute Resolution Bench. In courtroom number 12, Additional District Judge II, Amit Kumar Karwasara gave a brief introduction about the filing and the proceeding which was to be decided that day on the bench, there was execution case, civil order, appeal order etc. In courtroom number 15 the Judge was Ghanshyam Sharma, ADJ 3 for the hearing of the cases relating to Divorce. Students got to know the rules of Divorce as there were parties present for mutual consent divorce. The argument was really based on practical which will help out the students for solving Moot Court Competitions. The National Lok Adalat was related to banks which were handled by the Honourable bench of AMJM II Rajeev Jangid and Anti-corruption Judge Tarun Kumar Agarwal.
The visit was full of information for the students of law. Students got the live exposure to the judicial process of the court with a bench-bar relationship. It gave a practical and theoretical knowledge regarding all those laws written in the law books.
