Industrial Visit to Rasrasna and “Lite n Fit”

RNB Global University organized another industrial visit to provide an exposure to the Management students and to make them understand the in-depth functioning of a business. Student of MBA-III Semester visited Rasrasna Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Lite n Fit Manufacturing plant on 06 November 2017. The main objective behind the visit was to make student aware about how various activities related to marketing, financing and human resource are carried out in company and give them feel of managers as soon as they start there course.
 
Mr. Rahul Kochar, the owner of the Rasrasna, facilitated the entire visit in which technical know-how of the production and operations were discussed with the students. Students were amazed and thrilled to see the working of the entire plant. Students were also keen and enthusiastic to learn the different verticals of the management by visiting “Lite n Fit”, a well known brand of Bhaskar food Products since 2005. The interaction was concluded with Question- Answer session. Many of the students asked different questions to the Technical Head on current demanding technologies, market scenarios etc. and he cleared all the doubt and myths which was in students mind about the sector. All students were satisfied after the session. Company motivated to the students by giving token of affection in the form of Food products of Lite n Fit.
 
Such industrial visits really enhance value-added learning for management students. It is an important module of the programme, and more are planned to other companies to expose the students to other industries.
