Dramatised Moot Court Competition
Location:- RNB Global University
Dramatised Moot Court Competition
Dramatised Moot Court competition will help you in enhancing the practical knowledge of legal proceedings held in Courts of law. It will develop your skills in making arguments before court and learn court etiquettes.
The Faculty of Law and Arts is going to organise a Dramatised Moot Court competition for students of law on 26th July 2023 (Wednesday).
Topic of the Moot Problem- The moot problem is based on Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 i.e. one of the grounds for a divorce petition.
Participating Students- All students of Faculty of Law & Arts (3rd ,5th, 7th, & 9th Semester) are allowed to take participation in this competition in their individual capacity.
Categories of Winners & Prizes- Following category of winners shall be declared-
- Best Advocate from plaintiff side
- Runner-up Advocate from plaintiff side
- Best Advocate from Defendant side
- Runner-up Advocate from Defendant side
- Best Witness
- Runner up Witness
- Best Judge
All winners will be provided trophies and certificates.
