HR Activity – Group Discussion 

Students of FOCM, BBA LLB, and BTech at RNB Global University actively participated in an insightful HR Group Discussion on 24th January 2025. The session explored recruitment strategies, hybrid work, and remote work, enhancing their communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Event objective: To provide students with an opportunity to develop and demonstrate their communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills by discussing HR topics related to modern workplace practices. To engage in a structured group discussion, focusing on issues such as recruitment methods, hybrid work, and remote work, in order to enhance their understanding of these concepts and their impact on organizational success.

Event outcome for students and faculty members (max 5-7 lines):  Participants analyzed and discussed HR topics such as traditional vs. modern recruitment, hybrid work dynamics, and the effects of remote work on employee satisfaction and productivity. Students demonstrated effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork through active participation in discussions. Participants have gained practical insights into real-world HR challenges and learned how to articulate informed opinions on contemporary workplace issues.
