HR Activity: Campus to Corporate- Interview Role Play

Location:- RNB Global University

The Faculty of Commerce and Management is pleased to announce that an “HR Activity: Campus to Corporate- Interview Role Play” will be organized on 19th September 2025 for the students of BBA/B. Com III and V Semester.

Objective of the HR Activity

The role play on Job Interview aims to provide students with a realistic experience of the recruitment and selection process. By simulating the roles of interviewer and candidate, students will:

·         Understand the dynamics of HR interviews and employer expectations.

·         Develop communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

·         Enhance confidence and body language for real job interviews.

·         Learn about common interview questions, etiquette, and evaluation parameters.

·         Gain exposure to the HR perspective in assessing candidate suitability.

This activity will help students bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional practice, preparing them for future corporate placements and career opportunities.
