· The Convener of faculty members will further allocate the responsibility of games /sports to the committee members/member and Students Coordinators.
· The faculty convener will be responsible for collecting the names of winners and submitting it to the certificate making team, the very same day.
· The Convener will ensure that rules of sport/game are known to the players before the start of game and discipline should be maintained.
· Geo tagged photographs should be taken by responsible faculty and submitted to Convener of respective set of games.
· Attendance should be taken by the Class Mentors for every day
