Quiz Competition on Communication Skills - 2024

Location:- RNB Global University

We are delighted to announce that School of Arts is organizing a Quiz Competition on Communication Skills for the students of the 1st Semester. This event aims to enhance the understanding and application of essential communication skills by incorporating activities that test the LSRW components: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.

Time: 9am-11am

Format: Team-Based
Key Highlights of the Competition
1. Listening Skills:
Participants will analyze an audio clip and answer questions related to its content.
2. Speaking Skills:
Participants will deliver a short impromptu speech, evaluated on clarity, fluency, and
confidence.
3. Reading Skills:
Teams will be given a passage to read, followed by comprehension questions.
4. Writing Skills:
Participants will complete a picture description tash such as drafting a professional email summarizing a paragraph.
Instructions for Participation
Each team must consist of 5-6 members.
This Competition will be considered as an essential activity and part of students'classroom assignment, so participation of each student of 1'st Semester from all the programs is mandatory.
Winning team will be provided with Certificates.
