All students and faculty members of the School of Law, RNB Global University, Bikaner are hereby informed that an Expert Lecture on The Right to Establish and Administer Educational Institutions will be conducted as per the following details

Date: 8th April 2025 Tuesday
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Expert Speaker-Senior Advocate Chaturbhuj Sarswat – Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur

This lecture will provide valuable insights into the constitutional and legal framework governing educational institutions in India, their rights, challenges, and landmark judgments

Instructions for Participants

  • Attendance is mandatory for all students of the School of Law
  • Students must report 10 minutes before the scheduled time
  • Maintain discipline and decorum during the session
  • Active participation in the Q and A session is encouraged
