About the Speaker
Ms. Neyha Chaudhary is an Advocate by professional and social activists for women and children.
As a practicing Advocate under the Punjab & Haryana Bar Council, based at Gurugram, she had been tirelessly working towards spreading awareness about legal rights of women and children. Since now, she has successfully conducted more than 20 Legal Awareness Programs both online and offline. The main aim of her practice circle remains around women and children rights. Also she wants to educate young and struggling legal professions to expand their bandwidth of knowledge and skills. It always gives a great satisfaction as an advocate to educate people around about their rights. And educating at mass on Heinous offences like sexual harassments under POSH Act, POCSO Act, Domestic Violence Act, Cyber Crime have always made an open platform to speak the insecurities in women and children at home and when they go out at work or for education. Advocate Neyha Chaudhary was awarded by Karnataka Books of Records for her incredible work towards society.
