The FOCM is excited to announce the upcoming Ad-MAD Competition, an exhilarating and creative
event, which will be held on Friday, Aug. 2na ,2024 in Room No.102, First Floor, Academic
Block. This event is a thrilling opportunity for all the Management students to showcase their
marketing and advertising prowess while having fun and competing to be the winner team q,
About the Contest
Ad-MAD is an 'Advertising Campaign Competition' for management students to showcase their
creative business skills in marketing products and services.
The teams will be allocated the customary products like FMCG product luxury goods and services,
automobiles and social awareness etc. Participants will be given 20 minutes to Google and scrabble
out all the informative data/insights/statistics/ info-graphics to curate the advertisement for the
assigned product. Thereafter, each team will be given 5-7 minutes to act out on various amusing,
attention grabbing and conceptual advertisement topics given to them.

Obiectives of the Ad-MAD Competition:
1. Enhance creativity and innovation in advertising strategies.
2. Foster teamwork and collaboration among BBA students.
3. Provide a platform to apply theoretical marketing concepts in a practical setting.
4. Boost confidence and public speaking skills.
5. Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Competition Rules and Guidelines:
1. Participation: The competition is open to all students of BBA & B.COM.(H) III & V Sem.
Students can participate individually or form teams of 2-3 students.
2. Theme: Each team must prepare an advertisement for a product or service based on the given
theme, which will be revealed on the day of the competition.
3. Time Limit: Each team will be given a maximum of 5-7 minutes to present their ad.
4. Props and Equipment: Teams are encouraged to bring any props or equipment required for
their presentation.
'5. fudging: A panel of esteemed faculty members will evaluate the presentations based on
creativity, effectiveness, audience engagement, and adherence to the theme.
